    Robson isn't seeded in the US Open junior tournament, but defeated the seventh seed in their second round clash. The junior Wimbledon champion in 2008, Robson made a bid to play in the US Open main draw but was narrowly beaten in the third round of qualifying. Britain has high expectations for Robson's future and her two wins in the qualifying rounds for the main draw are indicative of a talent that should take Robson deep into the junior tournament.
