   Following documents are to be submitted for admission in Master's program of I.T department of Quaid-i-Azam University: i) Pass and Marks Certificates of S.S.C. (Matriculation) examination, (attested photo copies) in triplicate. ii) Pass and Marks Certificates of H.S.C. (Intermediate) Examination (attested Photostat copies) in triplicate. iii) Pass, Marks Certificates and Transcript of Graduation Examination (attested Photostat copies), original to be submitted at the time of payment of fees. iv) National Identity Card (Photostat) or copy of "B" form of Registration, if under 18 years of age (attested photo copies) in triplicate. v) National Identity Card of Father/Parent (attested photo copies) in triplicate. vi) Four passport size recent photographs duly attested with name written on back side. vii) Domicile Certificate of candidate (or of father/ mother if the applicant is under 18 years of age and his/her name is included in it) viii) Copy of the Bank challan of Priority Fee (if the student applied in more than one priority). ix) The in-service teachers/persons are required to produce NOC/Study Leave dully sanction by the employers. x) Hafiz-i-Quran certificate (if applicable).
