    Yes such things really took place after the peace talks and these measures were left behind when after the Mumbai attacks which according to India were sponsored by Pakistan. These peace talks are just to prove to the World that both countries are making the best efforts to neutralize the things but in reality India never wanted to be a friend to Pakistan and same way Pakistan never like India to be friend. And in my books there is no point to fight in between these two countries they and running after each other with out any reason. 

   In today modern World when almost every one has realized that fight is never a solution to any problem, problems are solved with discussions still these two nations are always ready to fight amazing for me.

   After the Peace Process which was initiated in 2003 between India and Pakistan, led to improved relations between the two countries in the following years and several confidence-building-measures between India and Pakistan also took shape.
