RCA Truflat FPA lock, Dish remote

I have a RCA Truflat Tv, the 27 inch with out the remote. I do however have a Dish Remote. The TV is in an FPA lock. How do I unlock it with the Dish remote?

    i had this problem literaly days ago. so do you have a power strip for your tv? if so you may want to try rapidly to force the tv to reset itself. this was the only thing i way i was able to get it to reset without the orginal remote. I've also herd you can turn it off with a universal remote if the powerstrip thing doesn't work for you.
