RCA TV model D52W20. Does not turn on either by remote or manually. Can anyone help?

   It seems that your TV is having a power issue. The power supply board must be defective that's the reason, why your TV won't power up. Its receiving power but it cannot transfer the current to the necessary part of the TV because a capacitor, diode, etc may have been faulty. You need to replace these faulty components, only then your TV might not come on.

   I have had this TV for at least 5 or 6 years. Lately it was an intermitent issue; power button light comes on then goes off does this 3 times I was able to turn on TV after several attempts but now the issue seems permanent. Can anyone help? MOdel number is D52W20 AND SERIAL#D442C300S  & CHASSIS# ICT222

   Most likely a bad/blown capactor. CP114,CP120 + CP150, are know to go. Had the same problem with my tv, http://www.tvrepairworld.com/rca_repair_kits, is where i got my parts from.
