Quark 8.15 is not working. Is it junk?

Already have provided details. Need Customer Service Rep ASAP. Would like to get answer today.
Have typed verification copy too many times. This is ridiculous. Quark is very expensive and I just got it within the last couple months. It was downloaded from the internet - apparently a big mistake. If this is any representation of Quark's new service, it sucks. Can I get my money back? I'll start using Indesign like everybody else if I can't get better service than this.
