problem is it cycles for 15 minute intervals twice an hour. So it is basically running 12 out of every 24 hours, called a tech to come out from sears he never even did any diagnostics just walked in the door looked at it, and said its working isn't it. My father inlaw as well as myself have been service technicians for a combined 60 plus years, we know when some one is not doing there job. My question is how often should this freezer cycle, and for how long under normal conditions. I have researched this model online, and am aware that this is not an isolated incident, would like an honest response before we return this freezer, and purchase an LG.
