   CAD is also known Computer Aided design and is used for drafting and is applicable in the field of computer science and technology for the process of documentation and design. Computer Aided design and drafting describes the drafting of computer in different ways and and shows how it can be done with the help of CADD softwares and the environmental variables which are provided to it. CADD shows us output in different forms of electronic files which are used for different printing and machining operations. The softwares of CADD are designed in such a way that provide assistance in the field of economy and also help in the construction and manufacturing also represents the environment where graphic based softwares also associate with environment variables.
   CADD environment variables often involve deep study of variables and do not only focus on shapes. As a manual of drafting and engineering drawings, the output of CAD should provide the complete information about the materials, processes , dimensions and tolerances which are subject to application. CAD is used for designing curves and two dimensional figures such as space, curves, surfaces and also for the solid objects such as three dimensional objects. CAD has also become an important part of the automotive industry, shipbuilding and aerospace industries. Computer Aided Design Technology is also used for computer animation and for special effects required in movies, advertising and technical manuals. Apart from all this CAD is also used in research in computational geometry, computer graphics and for geometry usage.
