   You must first pass the Theory Test (Airfield Rules Test). This test is designed to test your knowledge of the rules and regulations of the airside, radio-telephony communication procedures and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Changi Airport) By-Laws 2009. The first step towards passing this test is to understand the contents under the syllabus of the Airside Driving Theory Handbook. A copy of the official handbook can be purchased from the Airside Driving Centre at $2.00. You can either self-study or enroll as a student into one of the approved training centres.
