Problem with a Back To Back TEM500, No power to either the toater or the egg poacher.?

Why, if I have power to the controls, and the timer and switch seem to work. But there is no power to either the elemant for the toaster ot the poacher.
I cannot find a circuit antwhere on the web so I cannot troubleshoot, Please help if you can.with what may be wrong.
