Princeton Screen produces diagonal lines and slight vertical roll on all connections except computer

Princeton Arcadia AR31AD Screen roll and diagonal lines in all modes except computer, which has no problem. Connected to cable on video 1 and DVD player is conected to S Video. Display signal is distorted same when not connected to any input source.
