I have pain in my back and neck and I have a little bent back and neck which decreases my confidence. Can anyone help me with this?

In order to protect your neck from pain you have to maintain a regular posture when you are sitting on a chair. Also you can reduce the distance between chair and height and get close so that you don’t have to lean forward. You can choose a mattress so that you body level should be the same or it will be at the same regular posture. Try to avoid in a sleeping position where your neck gets stiffen, like don’t sleep on your stomach, this might cause a neck pain
