Polycom ip 501 phone seems to be configured but won't register with the pbx

Configured same as ones that are registering. Can't figure out why it won't register. Using a Elastix system. Phone appears on the endpoint configuration list and you can access it by web.

    Is it possible that your Elastix server had a different IP address when you first ran the endpoint configuration? If so, the PBX server IP being pushed to the IP501 will be wrong; Elastix Endpoint Manager doesn't seem to rewrite the server.cfg file. To fix this, SSH into the server and correct the IP address in /tftboot/server.cfg .
