Plymouth Grand Voyager LE - HELP

1993 Plymouth Grand Voyager LE, 3.3L V-6. I am replacing the in-tank fuel pump. I need a way to drain the fuel tank. I have tried at the fuel filter, no luck. I have read about a fuel drain on the "left" side of the tank, but can not locate it. I need help locating that drain.
