I I have the Pioneer DVD receiver XV – HTD 510 since 1998. For the past two years, I have the audio problem when paluing DVD. Most of the time, only left front speak has sound and the rest of speakers do have sound at all. When I remove the power to the unit and re-power it back, sometime I can hear some sound from the rear speaker. Mostly of the time, it just has one. I swapped the speakers and proved that the speakes are actually working. I followed the factory reset by press the Pause ky and Power it on from the front button. A lot of time, I would get no sound at all. I suspect that the firmware is corrupted.
How can I fix the sound problem?
