Hi, about 3 weeks ago I have started to get pins and needles and numbness in my hands when im on the train, lying down, or asleep. First few times i thought it was random and ignored it, but now its pretty much a guaranteed thing. Also within the last couple of days, I have started to get this sharp stabbing sort of pain in my chest on the left side and it is exaggerated when I take in a deep breath. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this and whether the two are related in any way?
