Pilet Pro VP6450 Windows Vista. Touchpad no longer works after I remove the Pilet Pro.

I have an Interlink Pilet Pro VP6450 and my Tosghiba Laptop w/Windows Vista. The touchpad no longer works even after I remove the Pilet Pro. Can you offer a suggestion on how to activate my touchpad? Thanks Bob
