Just look in the newspaper (or online classifieds), craigslist.com or even myspace. But don't expect to get paid much or at all.

If you are learning from a photographer as an apprentice (or intern) you are more than likely not going to get paid. You are being trained and learning from the photographer and he (or she) is taking up a lot of time from educating and training you.

Also, any photos you may take in the photographers studio (or when training with them) will not belong to you but the photographer. That is pretty much standard and will be in any contract you sign as an apprentice or intern. You may or may not be able to use them for you portfolio (depending on the photographer).

if you live in west sussex then this site should be helpful

    http://www.apprenticeships-in-sussex.com...

you need to right a letter explaining what you want to do and then include your cv and send it to as many photographers you can think of. then wait for them to get back to you, after a week ring up and enquire
