Perfect outfit for 1st day of 8th grade?

I'm going into 8th grade in 3 weeks, and I don't know what I should wear. Also, how should I do my hair and makeup? I'm allowed to wear mascara, eyeshadow, a little blush and lipgloss but no eyeliner or foundation. My hair is shoulder length and straight.
