Parakeet p**p Problem?

So one of my parakeet poops really weird, it has this really red substance around the normal kind. Help? Also, the nearest vet is really near. I'd go there but it's too far away and is pretty costly so I would like to know if you (Other parakeet owners) know of things that may help! Oh and the bird is pretty old, I estimate it to be 5-7 years!

My mom says that she might need Vitamins or antibiotics. I seriously thought that she got her period (I am hopeless aren't I?)
