Panasonic BT100 Audio issues - cannot hear people talking

I have a panasonic BT100 Audio system. When I play a BD movie, everything seems fine, but you can barely hear the people talking but every other sound heard is fine, music, sound effects etc. It is only the talking that is faint.This happens with Blue ray dvd
