Pakistan issues Benazir Bhutto coin, is it Legal???

Is it legal to issue a coin with a face other than Founder of pakistan (Mohammad Ali Jinnah).
and It will be the first time in the history of pakistan when a face other than that of the country's founder, Mohammed Ali Jinnah, has appeared on local currency. The coin is the latest in a series of symbolic gestures by the new Pakistani government - led by her Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and her widower President Asif Ali Zardari - to keep Ms Bhutto's memory alive.
So is this legal??????

    well there is one coin of Rs.100 bearing Allama Iqbal portrait. So no harm to issue one for PAKISTANS MOST BELOVED LEADER. DATAHIR

    i think that we did have coin with the potrait of allama iqbal but thats fine with me ...but this coin is well immoral but can anyone one do anything....NO in one year(2008) there has been issue of 6 stamps by pakistan post and 5 of them contain the picture of Benazir bhutto ...we have an airport in her name ... a hospital... a road... a city (nawabshah) i dont know what became of that... but the fact is that this government is only running becuz they use the name of BB so often its their crutches...n artificial reputation... to remain in power.. i dont remember zardari or gillalni or anyone one in the government doing something in their own name so even if something goes wrong they dont get the Blame...!!

    I think its a very good decision to pay tribute to this great lady. Because Ms Benazir Bhutto is the only leader and alternate in the country who possesses the ability to steer the country out of its socio-economic crisis and establish lasting peace and an economic-friendly atmosphere in the country.

    I really hate it. OK Fine, she was a great leader but that doesn't mean we put her pictures in coins and everything. everything is being named after her. She would really look nice in kid's school books only. that's the only place where she deserves to be. Jazzy

    Oh everything is legal for PPP becasue they are in government. Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Banazir Bhutto Rd and now Coin. I guess in next few months Benazir Bhutto will replace our Leader Qiad-e-Azam. Good going Zardari
