    The Ring rates Pacquiao as its best pound for pound boxer (http://www.ringtv.com/ratings/) and they are not the only ones (see http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/boxing/bbc_world_rankings/default.stm). Mexican lightweight Juan Manuel Marquez rates second on both the lists. Maybe it’s time for a showdown?
