Our Danby Kegerator

The Danby ran fine for three months, then started to act up - Our Danby Kegerator runs for a few seconds, then blinks rapidly with a high pitched signal. we unplugged it and started it again, the compressor runs for a few seconds and then the same thing happens. (Unit will not cool or run.)
Can you tell me what to do to correct this problem?
