Once She reach here and completed all medical, finger print etc and hand over to the Indian person who was the PRO for the sponsor. Due to some problem beteen the PRO and sponson, they did't Stamp the visa for a year.
At last the sponson given as absconder complaint and she was got life time ban from Immigaration and departed. Is any chance to remove the life time ban legally. Please help us since there is a ready job for her now.
