I signed a triple-net lease in nov 2009 in Ohio, recently received property tax bill for 2009, leasor is saying we are responsible for the entire 2009 property tax instead of nov/dec 2009 only, there is no verbage in lease that mentions this, other than we are responsible for property taxes for the time we are leasing, so since we were not leasing in 2009 except for Nov/Dec, is there an obligation to pay for the entire year?
