Here are the following terms which are uses in offensive plays for volleyball:
Four-two offense embraces 4 hitters and 2 setters. The two setters play reverses one another in the rotation and each set when they are front string players. The 4-2 has the superiority of perpetually having the setter on the front row. The 4-2 has the penalty of only having two hitters on the front string for the setter to set at the net.
Five-one offense includes 5 hitters and 1 setter. The setter collections in every rotation. The 5-1 has the superiority of perpetually having the matching setter set. 5-1 has the penalty of only having two hitters on the front string when the setter rotates to the front string and collections in those 3 rotations. Generally, in a 5-1 assemblies want to assembly their best hitters and blockers throughout the setter to recompense for the forfeit of a accurate middle hitter/blocker.
Six-two offense includes 6 hitters and 2 setters. The two setters play reverses one another in the rotation and each set when they are in the back row. The 6-2 has the superiority of perpetually having a setter set drawing close from the back row.
Court Strong Side is the left boundary of the court is often cited to as tough boundary because it’s commonly less difficult for right given players to assault from the left side. For left given hitters the right boundary is their tough side.
