Non-Itchy Red Bumps on my face.

ed my cleanser. "NeoStrata" I've been using it for a little over a week. I thought it was amazing. It was clearing up all my acne. I only had about 3 pimples left :)... This morning i saw a few little red bumps around my chin.. about a few minutes ago my face is now covered everywhere with them. What can this possibly be? They aren't itchy either. Just red bumps, everywhere.

    I just noticed that now all of my first sentence is there... It says " i recently changed my cleanser... "
