No picture DV-S5650 using composite setup

I have a Yamaha DV-S5650 DVD player and a Yamaha HTR-5730 -- using RCA cables but cannot see picture -- hear sound only -- how do I fix -- cables going from DVD to receiver DVD inputs -- using logitech remote (don't have remotes for yamaha components)
