The tv turned off on it's own. I have checked the fuse and it is not blown. When you try to turn the tv on, you hear clicks like it is trying to power up, but it never does. When the tv clicks, you can see a spark coming from a glass tube that contains liquid in the bottom of it. Any ideas?
