Maintenance is very much required to keep your pool clean, clear and balanced. You must make sure that you can keep the right pH, chlorine and alkalinity level which ensures that the bacteria won’t be able to grow. There are some steps which you can follow in order to prevent water from bacterial growth and also will help to keep the water clean. You can test the water once a week and also you can adjust the chemicals if required. There is a test kit available in the market which is required to maintain pH and the proper levels of chlorine and alkalinity.
You have to make sure that leaves and other debris should be removed out of the pool. Also you have to do is to clean the floor and walls of the pool regularly. The proper way is to start from the shallow end and then you can move to the deeper level. At the end of the floor pool vacuum should be used. You can clean the sides by using brushes. Try to use brushes and do not use abrasives. Vacuum is very necessary for keeping it clean, if there is any debris found then you will have to wait for 20 minutes for dirt to settle so that you can start the vacuum again.

Hose is required to clean the area of the pool and do not wash dirt into the pool.
