Hi my pc is attacked by a vulnerable virus.Who is effecting my window to work properly.I have format my C: drive and install the window again and the problem still persist.Suggest me some solution.

    Did you do a quick format? If so try the other option? Boot into SafeMode and run your Anti-Virus programme, use the following one after the other, obviously you will need to download these before booting into SafeMofe, use: AVG Adware Malwarebytes
