My Mitsubishi M-VR400 A/V receiver has a broken power pushbutton. This is a plastic only part (not electrical) that pushes on a microswitch mounted on a circuit board inside. I called Mitsubishi but they would not let me order the part, would not give me the part number, and would not send me a parts list or parts diagram. Apparently, they won't work with someone who can repair the unit himself. Instead, they said I must take it to a service center. Where can I order this part or at least get the part number?
