My toshiba tv is getting white spots. What causes this?

There are little pin size white dots appearing on my tv screen. One showed up about two weeks ago and now there are 5. Can this be fixed.

    What are causing the small white dots on my TV screen, It started with 2 a couple weeks ago and now has 8 white dots. The TV is not even 2 years old. Barely 1 1/2 years old
