My router gives my computer the wireless signal but my computer won't connect

    There might some issues with your internet configuration; I am writing few solutions that might help you to resolve your internet connectivity problem.
    1. The router might be secured with WPA key. To connect you have to enter the code that you have selected for router security
    2. There might be a proxy setting. You have to enter the proxy code in your browser please follow these steps to enter the proxy code and the port information.
    If you are using Google chrome then
    Click Tools options in tools bar.
    Select options
    Click Under the hood
    Select Change proxy settings under the Network option
    Select the connection tab and go to Lan settings
    Enter the Proxy key and port number provided
    Restart your browser

    If you are Mozilla user
    Click Tools in tool bar option and select Options
    Select the advance tab the select network tab and go to the settings option
    Enter your proxy address and port information
    Then click ok
    Restart your browser

    3. If everything is configured already then there might be a problem with router configuration
    Please call the network provider to resolve your issues, if there is a manual given with your device then follow the instructions provided.
