I am Worked in uae labor visa in a construction company for one month. One day I fall down in street and my hand bone broken. After one month I got medical leave then I return to my home country. After the injury I had to take a complete bed rest for one month. Now I am facing a disease of rheumatoid arthritis’s which I already had in my childhood. Now, because of this, I am suffering a severe back pain and related knee born problems, so I informed my employer I am not able to do site work so I am not rejoin the company. after few months I got an office job in another GCC country and I joined it, after nine months one of the partner of my old company who lived in my home country came my home and he told to my family I should pay their visa charges (Dhr 10,000).their offer salary is Dhr 2000 and they told me verbally visa charges only Dhr 3000.he told me now we not paying the money he take a legal action to me and trying to get imprisonment in my working country. I am not able to pay such a huge amount my financial side is not good, what can I do please help me!!!!!!!!!!
