Question:

My freezer just stops cooling & the temp. rises. I don't know what the problem is. Can you help?

This has been going on since Feburary. The freezer sensor has been replaced 4 times, the frige sensor replaced once, and the motherboard replaced once as well. All parts have been replaced by a local Samsung specialist. I think they think we're doing something to break it...? I dunno? I've lost lots of food$$ over this can you please help?

    Our samsung fridge freezes things. Sodas explode. Then the temp rises. After repairman changing out different parts, they say the heater in the coil is bad. Fridge freezes up. approx. $850 to fix.
