My fitness not so cool, have any tips?

      You don't need to follow any medical tips for the fitness. You just need to be sure about your diet that it should be neat and clean and there should be no germs in the food you eat every day. 

    Water is the most important thing to human as more then 70% of our body contain water. So water should be clean and you need to drink as much water as you can. 
    Now coming to the fitness you just need to do some push ups on daily bases and that can always keep you perfect. These push ups should be exercised at the time when you get up in the morning. And when you get up in the morning before your breakfast you should drink at least 4 glass of water it will clean all the body parts for you. 
    Avoid the junk food as it is the main constrain in the fitness. Always prefer fruit over the junk. And make it your habit to take fruit on daily bases. Never eat much as it is gone waste.
