Question:

My computer stops responding all the time I don't know what to do.

The computer seems to work fine if I'm using it , but if I leave it on and step away for longer than 15 minutes it freezes up (blue screen) not responding. Can you please help me?

    Hi, I believe I had the same problem you had. I was using Mozilla Firefox, and it would not let me upload more than 2 photos at a time, and it would stop responding. Although, when I used Internet Explorer, I was able to use many pictures at one time, with no problem. Hopefully this helps!
