My car is trying to stall out

I need help! Not every time but most of the time when i am at a stop light or am stopped some where with the air conditioner on the car's rpms go really low and it begins to jerk or shake and feels like it is stalling out also when i step on the gas it feels like it won't go so i have to step on the gas harder and harder that problem happens all the time a/c on or not. it is a 95 honda civic ex i bought it three months ago and they day i got it it had a tune up idk whats wrong with it.... please help
