My Zoom H4 won't turn on - no functions.

It is plugged in to a wall outlet. When I turn it on, the screen says Low Battery, then Zoom, then Goodbye - Turn Power Off. Can I do anything to fix it, or do I need to send it somewhere? Thanks!
