We had problems last week (after using this printer for about 4 years) and a tech was able to reconnect it somehow - it is not connected to a virtual port - and when I turned it back on today it will not print - it keeps telling me that printing is done but nothing is happening at the printer.The printer voice is telling me "printing complete" and I can see the print progress scroll moving across the screen but nothing is printing.
