My Uae Residence Visa Was Cancelled But Employer Apply Without My Knowledge Is This Legal

before i left uae, i have received my cancelled visa,i have exit stamp. now i am applying for visit visa and in the system reflects as i am still under the same employer holding a visa in which i cannot apply for any kind of visa. This happens without my knowledge, is this LEGAL? pls advise on how to act on this matter

You need to connect the previous employer and ask him or the office for the details about your current visa which has been with out your knowledge been granted to you.

Now as you said that you are trying to apply for new visa and you are not being able to do so. Reason very simple that you are already employed with some one else.

If this thing is happened without letting you know then it is absolutely wrong and illegal.

But still at first you need to contact your previous employer and ask him about the details after explaining him the real facts.
