    Send it back to the factory. Call their tech support and request the RMA# and mailing address. Camera comes with a 1-yr warranty. As long as it shows no signs of abuse and you are the original owner they will consider it according to tech support. Include the receipt if you have it. They have a few loopholes to get out of the claim however, even if you do not have the receipt they can determine the DOB from the serial number.
