My Olevia 32 inch 1080i tv gets a black box in the middle of the screen?

My Olevia 32 inch 1080i tv gets a black box in the middle of the screen which has random code displayed in it. If I turn it off & back on again it will go away. Sometimes for a short period & sometimes for longer. What could be causing this?
