My LG RH397 D will not load, it comes up with hello on the screen but it wont let me do anything.

   You need to replace faulty cheap capacitors on the power supply motherboard (you will notice them bulging on the top, possibly with some brown exudate). There were two on mine (C124 and C125, labelled on the board), which cost less than $3. Or you can replace the board, which is available for about $50.
