Question:

My Keurig says it is brewing, but it just drips for a few minutes and that is all it does

I have followed the directions in the troubleshooting section of the Keurig booklet. I can't believe that the "funnel" can be detached as the book says in order to clean the needle with a paper clip as shown. I have done everything except that. I cannot get it to separate. I believe it is all one piece.

    If you still warranty you need to call Keurig.
