Question:

My Hotpoint WD420 washer/dryer wont dry? Just gets warm and stays wet

It can be on for hours, but all that happens is the washing gets warm but stays wet. It doesnt get really hot, just very warm, but no dryer. Can you help with some ideas please. Thanks
