Question:

My GE refrigerator is not dispensing water & makes a high-pitched "whirring" sound

The sound goes away when I hit the Turbo Cool button. Any thoughts? It is not the filter, and I have checked all the lines; they are clear, and icemaker works fine. GE Side by side
