My Fiancee moved up from NC to be with me in MD.
I'm currently living in an apartment. In order for him to live there, my complex requires all adults to be on the lease. They did a criminal and credit check. As far as credit, he has an eviction against him because when he divorced his ex wife years ago, she was living in an apartment, they were on the lease together and she got evicted... hense the notch on his report.
That is the only problem.
So if we got married, could they do anything about it? Would it go agaist my contract? .... no we are not getting married just for that. (lol)
